Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup purchased chili sauce (Heinz makes a good one, find with ketchup.)
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion finely minced
  • 3 eggs hard boiled and chopped
  • dash garlic salt
  • dash Worcestershire
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pound cooked small shrimp, peeled

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients for sauce together.

  2. Stir in shrimp. I recommend adding the sauce to the shrimp as this is quite a bit of sauce for the amount of shrimp.

  3. Serve on a lettuce leaf with crackers.
