Bacon Pancakes

This was a hit!!
So I finally tried one of those recipes you see people share on Facebook…the picture was so intriguing.

Ingredients

  • Your Favorite Pan Cake Mix
  • Crisp fried Bacon
  • Butter
  • Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Fry up your bacon, as much as you think you might want for pancakes. About 2 pieces per person.

  2. Mix up your favorite pancake batter…from a mix or what ever.

  3. On your griddle pour a length of batter about 3 inches wide by about 8 inches long. Immediately lay a strip of crisp bacon on top and sort of push into the batter. Immediately drizzle in a zig-zag pattern some of the batter on top of the bacon.

  4. Cook as you would for pancakes, flipping half way through.

  5. Serve with butter and syrup on the side.

  6. WOW!
