Almost Sugar-Free Key Lime Pie

Sounds like a great sugar-free version of a very rich popular dessert.
I’ve made this three different times. Each time it seems to come out different. Results from very bad to pretty good?

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 small box Sugar Free Lime Jello
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 2 individual serving containers Lite Key-Lime Yogurt
  • 1 carton Sugar Free Cool Whip
  • 9 inch graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Dissolve the jello in the water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the 2 yogurts, the jello water, lime zest and the cool whip.

  3. Pour into a Reduced Fat Graham Cracker crust.

  4. Place in freezer for about 45 minutes

  5. Serve. Can be garnished with a lime twist and an extra dollop of cool whip.
