Basic Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups canned fruit or 3 1/2 cup prepared fresh fruit
  • 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions

  1. Combine fruit, sugar and flour.

  2. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pastry shell. Dot with butter.

  3. Adjust top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
