Cream Cheese Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal
  • Salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat mozzarella and cream cheese for 1 min; stir, then continue heating in 30 sec bursts until melted

  2. Stir in egg; mix in almond flour and flax seed meal with your hands until a stiff dough forms

  3. Roll or pat out onto pizza pan and bake at 425 for 10 min; remove from oven and poke with a fork a few times to loose air bubbles

  4. Top with sauce, cheese, and choice toppings then cook until melted
