Strawberry Jello Salad

  • 2 large boxes sugar free strawberry jello
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2-3 mashed bananas
  • Small can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
  • 16-20 oz package frozen strawberries; cut in pieces
  • 16 oz sour cream


  1. Mix all ingredients except frozen strawberries and sour cream. Stir until Jello dissolves.

  2. Pour 1/2 of Jello mixture into a 9 × 13 inch glass casserole dish and place 1/2 of the frozen strawberries in Jello in dish. Put dish in fridge to gel (about 20-30 minutes). Leave remaining Jello at room temperature.

  3. Remove dish from fridge and spread sour cream over gelled Jello layer.

  4. Pour remaining room temperature Jello over sour cream layer and dot with remaining frozen strawberries pieces. Place in fridge to gel.
