Mocha Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C Silk Chocolate Almond Milk
  • 1/4 C Gevalia Cold Brew concentrate
  • 1 heaping scoop Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein with Turmeric
  • 3 T Chocolate Ovaltine
  • 1 t unflavored gelatine
  • 2 t organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C frozen oatmeal
  • 5.3 oz plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 T organic cashew butter
  • 1 1/4 C ice cubes

Directions

  1. Put first five ingredients in a 6 C blender.

  2. Blend on low until mixed.

  3. Add rest of ingredients and blend on high until ice is crushed and all blended. Makes 2— 20 oz servings
