BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 racks of pork ribs (any kind)
  • 1-2 quarts apple juice
  • water as needed
  • vegetable oil
  • garlic salt
  • garlic powder
  • Tony's Cajun Seasoning

Directions

  1. The day before remove the membrane from the back side of the rack of ribs.

  2. Place in a pan large enough to hold ribs and pour the apple juice over the ribs. If the amount of juice you have doesn’t cover ribs, add water until ribs are submerged. Place in fridge and soak over night.

  3. Remove ribs from juice/water solution, pat dry. Season lightly with garlic salt, garlic powder and Tony’s Cajun seasoning.

  4. Place on a rack in your smoker.
