SALT and VINEGAR CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken thighs - large package
  • Sliced white onions - at least 2 large
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Put salt, pepper, and oregano on chicken. Put chicken skin-side down in roasting pan. Cover with sliced onions. Add vinegar and water. Cook on 400 for 1 hour. Turn chicken over and cook for an additional hour. Do not cover.
