InstaPot BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Chicken Wings
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons grated Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 Teaspoons Siracha Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, Siracha Sauce, sliced onion and black pepper.

  2. Add Chicken wings to the sauce and marinate for 1 hour.

  3. Place the chicken wings with the sauce in the InstaPot. Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.

  4. When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes and then do a quick release and open the lid.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
