  • sunflower seeds
  • crushed almonds – I used my food processor to grind them up
  • raisins
  • ground flax
  • molasses
  • brown rice syrup – you could use honey as well [wouldn't be vegan though]
  • all spice
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • ground cloves
