You might need to buy:
- - 1 cup fresh spinach
- NOTE: Use what veggies you have on hand. Only 3-4 are necessary:
- diced garlic
- ~1 cup milk
- vegetable stock
- dark/brown beer
- ~3 tbs flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
