I haven’t tired this recipe yet but I think I might substitute the bran cereal with crushed ritz crackers. I will skip the lemon peel and drizzle lemon juice over the fish with the oil and I will omit cilantro.

  • milk
  • pepper
  • grated lemon peel
  • Fiber Oneā„¢ original bran cereal
  • salt 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise
  • lemon juice
