Pepper Chicken II

Ingredients
- 2 lb. Chicken, skinless bone-in 2" pieces
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Black Pepper, ground
- 1 tsp. Turmeric, ground
- 3 Onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- Salt to taste
Directions

Heat oil in pot over medium heat. Add Onion and roast until translucent.

Add chicken, turmeric and salt. Cover and cook for 5 min, until broth lets out.

Add 2 cups water and black pepper. Cover over low heat until chicken is cooked thru. If necessary, open and allow gravy to thicken to desired consistency.
