Fresh Tomato Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) thin-crust Italian bread shell
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 plum tomates, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium purple onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Place bread shell on an ungreased baing sheet or pizza pan; coat crust with cooking spray.

  2. Top with tomatoe and remaining ingredients.

  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
