Mushroom, Chicken and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Brown sausage over medium high heat; when half-way cooked, add celery, onion, and mushrooms; drain

  2. Stir cream cheese into sausage mixture

  3. Coarsely chop cauliflower; stir into sausage mixture

  4. Stir in all remaining ingredients and spread into a greased 9×13 pan; sprinkle top with paprika

  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 min; uncover and bake 10 min more until bubbly
