Pizza Pucks

Serves 6 people

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, divided
  • 3 cups shredded Mozzarella, divided
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1-2 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 oz sausage, cooked
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup bacon pieces, cooked
  • 24 slices pepperoni


  1. Preheat oven to 375F; grease 12-ct muffin tin well

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and 2 cups Mozzarella with oregano and garlic

  3. Spoon batter into 12 muffin cups and bake 12-15 min until edges begin to brown

  4. With the back of a spoon, gently press centers of crusts to create a small depression

  5. Spoon a small amount of marinara or pizza sauce into each crust and distribute toppings; top with remaining cheeses

  6. Bake 12 min; allow to set for 10 min before removing and serving
