Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (more or less to taste)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • tomatoes (either sliced fresh or diced and canned)
  • tortillas

Directions

  1. Brown beef in a large pan and drain; add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, onion, salt, and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes

  2. In a skillet, melt some butter and put in a tortilla; top with plenty of shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt slightly before adding remaining filling

  3. Spoon some of the prepared burger meat onto half of the tortilla; add tomatoes, if desired and fold in half

  4. Brown on both sides and serve warm
