Ingredients

  • 1 bag Rhodes Frozen Cinnamon Rolls (a bag contains 12 rolls...well, the bags I purchased had only 6 rolls...anyway the 6 were really big)
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • -
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • -
  • Packets of icing that comes with the rolls

Directions

  1. Prepare a 13×9 inch pan by spraying with non-stick spray.

  2. Arrange all rolls in the pan. Cover, place in a warm place to rise. (These took forever to rise!)

  3. Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans and vanilla.

  4. When the rolls have risen, using your hands, sort of “smoosh” down slightly and then drizzle the cream over all. Then drizzle the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and Vanilla mixture over rolls.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

  6. While roll are still warm spread the packets of icing that comes with the rolls over all.
