This is surprisingly very good! Another great way to use up green tomatoes! ~A

Note~I did not cook fo r4 hours (gived me a break) I ran the tomatoes through my food processor then cooked th eglop for about 1/2 hour.~A

You might need to buy:
  • * 6 pounds green tomatoes
  • * 3 pounds onions
  • * 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • * 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • * 2 cups vinegar
  • * 1 cup honey
You might need to buy:
  • cinnamon sticks
  • anise seed
  • pouch liquid pectin
  • apple juice
You might need to buy:
  • #6 cups apple juice
  • # 5 cups sugar
  • # 4 cups water
  • # 3 cups corn syrup
  • # 1/4 cup lemon juice

Awesome! I now add as many grapes as I can, with 1/2 cup sugar, and fill with boiling water. Works perfectly! After 6 weeks just strain and dilute and sweeten to taste. Super easy and delicious! ~A

Select mature, dry seeds. Sort out and discard discolored seeds.
