My naturopath gave me this recipe when I asked for a dry skin remedy. Before long my hands were soft again. I’ve also noticed an overall improvement in my hair and skin since I started drinking this for breakfast every day.

This is a pretty good recipe considering that it’s got only 3 grams of fat and 180 calories per serving! My mom and I made this last week for a family get together and everyone thought it was great!

You might need to buy:
  • GF cookie crumbs or dry bread crumbs sweetened with 1Tbsp sugar
  • fat-free cream cheese

I have these every day for breakfast! The original recipe calls for lecithin granules and flour vital gluten. I substitute protein powder.
