Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4-5 Tbsp. curry paste (I use Patak’s mild), or you could use 1-2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 apple, chopped

Directions

  1. Add everything but the apple into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  2. About a half an hour before you’re ready to serve, add the apple.

  3. Serve over rice, and top with mango chutney, if you like that sort of thing!
