Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 3.5 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 small onion (red or white)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • garlic salt to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Brown beef and sausage; drain

  2. In the same skillet, soften onion; add in pepperonis and warm through

  3. Stir meat into onion and pepperoni; mix in pizza sauce, Parmesan, and half of Mozzarella

  4. Season to taste and place in a greased 8×8 dish; top with remaining Mozzarella

  5. Bake at 350 for 20 min
