Low Carb Chili

Ingredients

  • 2lbs ground beef
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 chicken boullion cubes
  • 2 beef boullion cubes
  • 3-1/2 cups fire roasted diced tomatoes (2 - 14.5 oz cans)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Hershey's dark cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 cans red chili beans

Directions

  1. Place the ground beef in a sauce pain on low and warm until fully cooked.

  2. While the ground beef is cooking, add the spices, tomato paste, boullion cubes, beans, and water into the crockpot.

  3. When the meat is fully cooked add into the crockpot on low.

  4. Using a small blender, blend the diced tomatoes and onion until fully smooth. Add to crockpot.

  5. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
