We LOVE this recipe because you can add and do so much with it to make it different every time. I have listed the optional add-ins to the ingredient list. You can just choose which fruit and spice(s) you want and add. Remember, if you add something soft or really moist, like mashed banana or apple sauce, it will change the liquid amount. You might need to add another 1/4 cup flour. Also, you can use the dry buttermilk. Follow package directions and soak the oats in water.
This makes 24 regular sized muffins, or 18 of the larger size. Depends on your pan.
