I was making a stir fry when I realized I was out of Teriyaki Sauce…Google to the rescue…but I did my usual and added a few extra ingredients to make this sauce my own.

  • ground ginger...grate some fresh ginger
  • garlic powder...or a couple cloves pressed fresh garlic
  • apple cider vinegar

This came from my son-in-law. To be made on a Blackstone Grill. I don’t have one so I used a large skillet on my stove top.
I also edited amounts and ingredients to my liking.

You might need to buy:
  • ground Pork Sausage
  • bags Dry Coleslaw mix...the shredded kind
  • large onion chopped
  • garlic minced
  • sliced water chestnuts cut up a little more
  • Sesame Oil
  • rice vinegar
  • Optional some cooked rice...really adds to the flavor and gives the dish some body. Even better if you could do a little stir-fry with the rice.
