I haven’t tired this recipe yet but I think I might substitute the bran cereal with crushed ritz crackers. I will skip the lemon peel and drizzle lemon juice over the fish with the oil and I will omit cilantro.

I really love short cuts but I will admit this recipe is better than store bought taco seasoning. I do not use coriander.

I decided to make this recipe for 3 people. I used my electric skillet and heated it up to 250 to 300. I used a stick butter when it was hot and just covered the whole surface with butter. I then followed the below recipe.
