This is a very easy and impressive cheese ball…it is mild…tastes like gourmet deli!
Makes 2 balls…one for now…one for later!!
Serve with crackers.
Will keep well for a couple of weeks.
You might need to buy:
- each 16 ounce package Velveeta cheese
- Knorr brand dry vegetable soup mix
- each 8 ounce packages cream cheese
If you have big shrimp you can peel and de-vein BEFORE you cook…that is what I do.
You might need to buy:
- ppound raw shrimp
- beer
- RED COCKTAIL SAUCE:

- lemon juice
- ketchup
- prepared horseradish
