This came from my son-in-law. To be made on a Blackstone Grill. I don’t have one so I used a large skillet on my stove top.
I also edited amounts and ingredients to my liking.

You might need to buy:
  • ground Pork Sausage
  • bags Dry Coleslaw mix...the shredded kind
  • large onion chopped
  • garlic minced
  • sliced water chestnuts cut up a little more
  • Sesame Oil
  • rice vinegar
  • Optional some cooked rice...really adds to the flavor and gives the dish some body. Even better if you could do a little stir-fry with the rice.

The recipe said to cook pork chops in the oven for 5 minutes, until they reached 145 degrees. It took a good 15 minutes. Think it might have been because I used bone-in chops. Husband loved the sauce, he kept dipping his meat into the sauce on the serving platter!

You might need to buy:
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • ground black pepper
  • ground red pepper
  • garlic powder
  • kosher salt
  • Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
