Made this today for Sunday Dinner. It was yummy. I had pork chops, I had seasoned wild
rice mix…MADE IT!
The rice mix stuffing with added mushrooms and onions makes enough to stuff and fill 4 pork chops with still some left to place on plate!
You might need to buy:

- Stuffing-
- seasoned fast cook wild rice blend mix
- margarine
- small box fresh mushrooms
- minced fresh parsley
- -
- Glaze
- brown sugar or honey
- Dijon mustard
- olive oil
- pepper
- Garlic salt
- thick cut bone in pork chops
Very good served with fish, seafood, chicken or pork.
This serves 4 people. Amounts can be increased for more servings.
You might need to buy:
- frozen peas or peas & carrots
- fresh chopped parsley
- margarine
- minute rice
- water
My mom used to make this all the time with a Sunday roasted hen.

- chicken bouillon cubes
So easy…so quick.
