Per Chef: This East Coast Shrimp Rolls recipe will make you feel like you are spending the day along the Atlantic. It is easy to make and combines the shrimp with a scrumptious herb mayo and buttered bun for a New England experience no matter where you live.
- Juice from half a lemon
- Large pot of boiling water
- For the Shrimp--
- sea salt
- Ice Bath

- For the Hot Dog Buns--
- Hot Dog Buns
- butter per bun

- For the Dressing...Mix--
- mayonnaise
- diced celery
- chopped dill
- chopped chives
- chopped parsley
- chopped capeers
- Dijon mustard
- Red Wine vinegar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- paprika
- garlic salt
- onion powder
- sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
Haven’t Tried but sounds quick and easy. Could probably toss in some Crab Legs too.

Wow! This was great!! Took two recipes, combined, using what I liked of each and came up with this.
This makes about 3 servings, one man size and two lady size.
- cleaned shrimp
- Olive oil to cover bottom of skillet
- Salt and pepper to taste
- garlic minced
- heavy whipping cream
- white wine
- Marjoram
- Oregano
- fresh basil
- wedge of Parmesan cheese finely grated

- Extra Olive oil for Fettuccine
- Fresh chopped parsley to garnish top of each serving...this is nice but is not needed.
This was soo good! Very tedious to make but worth it. Similar to Pappasito’s Shrimp Brochette.

- Wooden toothpicks soaked in water

This is really great, sooo good. Use to dip shrimp, crab, lobster and other seafood!

- 3 parts liquid to 1 part rice
Cooking Rice : White Rice takes less time to cook so check after 20 mins Before cooking Wash 3 times taking a couple of sec. each soak.
red Rice : before you cook the rice, you put a little olive oil in skillet and toast rice just until you get a wiff of nut smell then cook rice
