This was like REALLY good. I expected that the amount of bell peppers would be too strong and my hubby would be “burping” all night….but NOT!

- Green bell pepper diced
- red bell pepper diced
- Yellow bell pepper diced

- small head of cabbage cut into 1 to 1/2 inch squares...this was optional but great addition
I didn’t add enough water…I set the time much lower…glad I did so I could add more water.

Pretty good. I got some really small looking flats and drums and following the recommended time, they were a little dry.

- Eggs
- Water
- Ice
- large egg yolks
- lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- filtered water
- juice of 1 lemon [preferably organic]
- Azomite powder
- liquid whey
- Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in an 8-ounce glass.
VERY GOOD! Beans were soo very tender!
AND… I pretty much used my standard Pinto Bean recipe and just dumped it all in the pot!
